This Privacy Policy explains what information the D-Omega Drops website collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The website is operated by Goodness Care, and this policy applies to it.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you contact us by WhatsApp or email. When you do, we collect your name, your contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your company and your market. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may set the strictly necessary cookies needed to serve its pages.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to distributor and partnership enquiries. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Enquiries come straight to our team by WhatsApp or email and are not stored on any third-party marketing platform. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider carry those messages under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal information you have given us, or ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email khaled@goodnesscare.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Goodness Care is based in Amman, Jordan. This policy and any related processing are governed by the laws of Jordan.
